Lagging, Valve and Pump Wrap
Most plant-rooms are hot and all that heat is wasted. Rigid metal-clad insulation is difficult to use on all fittings and because it is difficult to re-fit after maintenance it is often discarded.
Most plant-rooms have up to 40 un-lagged fittings and with each fitting being the equivalent 1.5m of pipe this equates to a significant heat loss. Valve and pump wrap is a robust, flexible insulation that provides maximum heat retention and can be re-used indefinitely.
By installing our flexible yet robust valve and pump wraps, heat that is normally lost to atmosphere is saved and redirected back into the heating system resulting in a lower demand on the boilers.
