Meet the Team

Conrad is responsible for day-to-day account management and is our business developer. Conrad is a registered ESOS Lead Assessor with the EMA while he is educated in the SECR scheme. Prior to starting Energy Impact, Conrad worked within the facilities management industry and has other business interests in the hotel sector.

Since the launch of Energy Impact, Hannah Phillips has undertaken the role of company secretary and finance director.

Michael is responsible for energy auditing and project management, he brings a wealth of knowledge gained from his previous facility management roles. Michael has also assisted with delivery of our clients energy legislation and compliance requirements.

Paul became part of the team in 2014, working as a consultant to deliver business opportunities and strategic partnerships. Today in his role as Commercial Director, his objective is to support our clients transition to achieve Carbon Neutrality.

Conor joined Energy Impact as an apprentice in 2014 and is responsible for operating both our software solutions, data management and IT. He also supports the compliance team ensuring accurate reporting for ESOS and SECR.

With the ever increasing cost of wholesale gas and power, Macy provides extensive knowledge and advice to ensure our clients benefit from the most suitable energy contracts which are tailored to their requirements.

Since joining in 2021, Charlie is an integral part of our compliance team where is continuously furthering his knowledge and supporting our clients in gaining compliance to both ESOS and SECR.

Since joining Energy Impact in 2020, Malley has taken responsibility for the sales and marketing branch of the business. He brings qualifications in business, finance, IT and a proactive approach to the ever-growing client list.

Erkan is Microsoft Certified Professional with over 20 years' experience in IT. He is responsible for all the IT, security and the software developments.
